spotting after intercourse

hey ladies! i’m 17 years old and been with my boyfriend for a few months. we had sex for the first time Saturday (today is Monday) and he’s pretty big down there and uncircumcised (if that makes any difference). i’ve only had sex a few times before with other men and spotting happened but it was only when i had peed once after sex. it’s two days later and i am still spotting and have what feels like mild cramps, we used protection and i am on the pill as well, my period isn’t suppose to start for another few weeks. he had also fingered me and he does not chew his nails so they were a little bit longer, there was a time it felt like he scratched me inside but i’m not sure if it’s that easy to tear the skin inside. i’m wondering if this situation is normal or if i should get it checked? my guesses is because it was a little more rough and bigger than what i’ve had so my body is reacting different but i would love other opinions/ advice
