Staying up with a baby a women’s job??
My husband told me because I woke him up after 5 hours of sleep and him staying up with the newborn last night that I should be grateful. That every guy in his life tells him it’s my job to be up with the baby that he works and I’m on leave. I do stay up with the baby during the work week but fully expect his help on the weekends by splitting up the night 5 hours and 5 hours. I am wondering if most partnerships have the schedule of the women being up the whole time and the guy sleeping? I don’t think that is fair, unless you breastfeed and not bottle/pump feed. I was basically told I should kiss his feet for helping me with his child.
Am I spoiled or is he ungrateful for me taking care of the baby and legit being up. 24 hours during be week
