What is this?

I have been sick with a virus of some sort. Well I noticed this thing in the back of my throat and I have no idea what it is. Have any of you ever had something like this come up out of nowhere? It doesn’t really hurt and I don’t have a fever.

Looks like strep throat. Tonsilis talk to your doctor. You need some antibiotics

Looks like Strep Throat or tonsillitis. I got it like that and at first it didn't hurt, but after a few days it got really painful and was hard to eat or swallow. Go to the doctor to get it checked out.
