How to Stop Binge Eating?
I have a bit of a problem with binge eating. I never throw up or make myself sick after, but I often turn to food as a comfort or when I’m bored. Just tonight I’ve eaten an entire box of mac and cheese, 9-10 cookies, and a bowl of cheese puffs. I enjoy cooking and eating healthy foods, but I find myself craving junk food and making excuses as to why I’m “too busy” to make healthy meals. I tried meal prepping for a few weeks but gave up quickly. I tend to eat in secret and feel so guilty afterward. Honestly I feel kind of guilty any time I eat anything that is even remotely unhealthy. I don’t have energy to work out, but I want to. I’m tired of being so unkind to my body. 😔 Any advice?
