Is it normal for you S/O to expect you to cook and clean and hold a full time physically demanding job? He works part time and then goes to school but I feel like he expects me to do everything in the household and gets shitty if I don’t

How was he raised? Maybe it has something to do with that. Or he might be plain lazy. Unfortunately my mom taught my brother this and he expects his gf to do everything. It’s a cultural thing and his gf agrees too. Even though I don’t personally agree with it, if she’s happy and he’s happy. Who am I to get in between that 🤷🏼‍♀️
I married a man outside of my culture. I couldn’t stand the way the men are raised. Mg husband does anything I ask him to do. We split the chores. Sometimes he wants me to relax and he’ll do everything.
