Weird Period...

So I have an IUD (the Kyleena), and my periods since I got it have been very long - but regular. In August, I only bled for about 2 days - about 8-9 days less than normal.

Now I feel like I’m shitting my brains out every day, and EVERYTHING makes me nauseous. I’m having cramps and I’m also so so so cranky and feel bloated af. I haven’t bled again since that... Is this just my period evening out/hormones? Thoughts?
