3 days late

I’m three days late, my boobs are KILLING ME, they hurt so bad to the touch, and anytime I take my bra off it’s unbearable. They’re also, on point if you know what I mean. I’ve been pretty nauseous but I’ve been having cramps too. My lower back also really hurts. My boobs never hurt this bad on my period. I’ve taken 3 tests and they’re all negative. Not sure what’s going on, should I test again after I’ve missed a week?
