Activities for a first birthday?

Hey ladies what are some activities you had at your child’s first birthday (if you have children)? My daughters party is coming up and the only thing I’ve come up with is a piñata 😩 there will be majority just adults and only 3-4 children including my soon to be one year old daughter. If you have any suggestions please comment!
