Breaking up

Hey girls, I’ve never gone through a real serious breakup until a week ago. 1 year and a half of best friends and SOs, and now nothing. Everything feels dark, the only time I feel okay is when I’m distracted, but that only lasts for a quick burst. I can’t do anything without thinking of him. Any ideas of how to help? I feel so lost, I just want some help.
