Chores: Repost with better understanding

My SO says the reason we don’t have a better sex life is because she feels she does most of the house work.

I do 90% of the laundry

I do ALL of the maintenance and repairs around the house.

I do ALL of the yard work.

I wash most of the dishes I use. She washes most of hers.

Because of my schedule she does 90% of baby stuff. (Outfits laundry bottles damn near everything)

We clean the house about 50/50

I feel as our sex life is non existent. I get a pity bj maybe once a month and we have sex only on her terms maybe once a week mostly on the weekends. Smh

I feel like sex is something you should want to do not be rewarded with. But if that’s the case I feel as though if I do these chores she ask then sex should be provided since it is taken away when they are not done.

We’ve had this talk several times and nothing ever changes after it even though she says she knows she needs to step it up.

Ok now. Please help.
