I would rather have a mouse free home, mice destroy your house from the inside of the walls, and will piss and shit all over. Give your cat a worm treatment every 3months or is and you will be fine,

Cats catch mice and bring them to you as food. Its like a thank you to you. You cant stop a cat from catching mice its their natural instinct. Why wouldnt you want her to kill the mice living in your home?

You cannot stop a cat from doing what's natural & what its instincts tell it to do. Walk around the house & fix holes/crevasse/crack that a mouse can get through to prevent them from coming in the house in the 1st place. Put out some sticky traps in a place your cat can't get to or make a 5 gallon bucket trap to catch the mice. You will never stop a cat from catching/killing mice

No. Cats instinctually kill mice. I would just let her kill them off so they are no longer in your house. Its gross, but its free and the cat isnt complaining lol.

There's nothing you can do. Its part of what a cat is: hunt, kill & eat. 
You can try to save the mice, I always do. But at the end of the day it's just what happens. The circle of life hun.

If your cat is vaccinated and has good health it’s fine. I’d rather a cat kill mice than have them running all over my house pooping and peeing everywhere spreading diseases to humans.

The disease from mice usually spreads from their poop, so you're both safer if the mice are gone. You can try catching the mice yourself and driving them far away (emphasis on far! Toss them in your neighbors yard and they will come back probably.)
