NEED OPINIONS!!

So I currently have two dogs, one a year old and one 6 months. They’re precious, toilet trained and very well behaved despite being a little bit sassy some times. My partner works as a delivery driver, and today he came back to his van to find and adorable malnourished looking doggy cuddles up in the seat sniffing for food. He was in the middle of nowhere with no homes around, and can only assume this dog has no home. He’s going to check some local farms and see if the dog belongs to anyone, and if not, bring her home and we’ll take her to the vets and check for a microchip etc.

I would personally LOVE to keep her if she has no family, as I’m just such a dog person.

However, I’m currently 4 months pregnant and can’t help but think family members will disagree and say we’re biting off more than we can chew having another dog.

I know this is all hypothetical right now, but do you guys think this would be too much? How many dogs did/do you guys have whilst pregnant?
