Going to urgent care?

So I’m in the US. It started with a sore throat, pain only when swallowing, (so bad I haven’t eaten much in 2 days) swollen glands, fever, and intense body aches so bad that driving was unbearable and I had to pull over bc it hurt so bad to be in that position.

Now, 2 days larer, my fever is finally down to 99, but I’m getting a UTI and my upper back is hurting again.

I don’t have a primary physician and everywhere accepting new patients isn’t until next week.

So should I go to urgent care for this UTI, or deal with it for a week? I don’t have much money, like $120 in my back account right now. I have to go to work today so it would have to be done now (8am)
