Am I being paranoid?

Ok so I’m 26 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I have had diarrhoea for a week or so now and didn’t think anything of it. I also have a stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, feel drained and sore head- basically cold like symptoms.

I heard that having diarrhoea can be a sign of labour, or labour is coming soon. I also heard that feeling all the cold like symptoms can mean the same.

Is this true? Could I possibly be going into labour either soon or in a few short weeks?

Google does not help, so I have resulted in asking here.

I told the doctors about my diarrhoea and they weren’t too concerned either.

I need answers or I’m going to drive myself insane😅
