How do I tell my husband? 😢

So 2 weeks ago I had several tests ran and sonograms and my husband had a semen analysis since we have been unable to conceive for over a year and a half. I just got a call from the nurse and everything on my side checked out, but my husbands analysis came back with moderate sperm agglutination. I have no clue how to tell him this as I know it’ll hurt so bad and don’t feel like he’ll express his emotions to me. This whole time we and the doctors suspected the problem was on my side. Any advice/suggestions? As well as any advice or help dealing w/ sperm agglutination? Any success stories?
