Bad hair and skin. Anyone else?
With my first two singleton pregnancies, my hair skin and nails were amazingggg! This time with twins, not the case! I’m losing my hair like crazy and it’s super dry. My skin is awful too! Anyone else experiencing this? Is it because there’s two sucking all the nutrients out of me?! 😂 my doctor didn’t tell me to double up my prenatal, just take an extra folic acid. Wondering if I need to be taking two prenatals. 🤔
