What is considered irregular?
Hey ladies, so I know very little about my body and it’s workings. I’ve been sort of ttc for 2 years (not actively trying but not preventing it either) and seriously ttc for 4 months (trying to track things and plan things) and only started logging my cycle a year ago and I’ve learnt some interesting things about my body. Although, this new knowledge raised more questions. It seems my cycle average is 32 days in length, however every 4 to 6 months I’ll have an up to 37 day cycle (AF is also 2 days longer on those cycles) and then I’ll have a 28 day cycle some time after that. In between these “freak cycles” I’ll have normal 32-33 day cycles with a 5 day AF. The trouble with this is tracking my O is a difficult feat. My SO and I have decided it is easier to DTD (still learning these abbreviations) every second day from the end of AF to the latest possible DPO (basing off of my latest recorded cycle) and I’m tired. Basically I’m asking if you fine folks know something about this, and if there even is a way to accurately track ovulation without spending big bucks on kits?
