Orgasm doesn't feel the same 💦

Me and my partner were foreplaying and it was the only thing we used to do, one day I didn't realise I was having an orgasm and when they stopped i never finished.

Since then we have had sex and I have orgasmed once and for my it's not a problem however when it was the first time I never cummed but orgasms don't seem to feel the same as the first time.

Am I the only one? This there no way for it to feel like the first time or is there a way to make it feel like i did?
