My child will be 6 this November. For the past how many weeks he will cry and say he does not want to go to his dads. Well today was his dads weekend. His girlfriend showed up to pick him up and my son refuses to go so my sister started to argue with her... I told her just nevermind since he won’t go because everyone was arguing.... So she told me she will see me in court.

There is currently NO court ordered custody agreement in place. There has been so many times that his father has canceled on him since he was born until he got with his current girlfriend anyways.. we agreed on every other weekend. Is there a way I can keep it as that court ordered?
