Bladder pains during pregnancy

A couple weeks ago, I thought I had a uti so I went to my GP and she found blood in my urine so she sent me home with keflex. I finished it and didn't notice much of an improvement. Went back and this time they did a culture. I'm still waiting on the results but this time I went home with Augmentin. On day 3, my bladder still burns. I'm kind of lost on what to do. Obviously with it being Friday night, I can't contact my doctor and if things were to get worse, I'll go to the ER but I'm worried this thing might no go away. 12 weeks pregnant Monday
