Do you have thanatophobia too?

thanatophobia: Thanatophobia is commonly referred to as the fear of death. More specifically, it can be a fear of death or a fear of the dying process. 

Symptoms:

more frequent panic attacks.

increased anxiety.

dizziness.

sweating.

heart palpitations or irregular heartbeats.

nausea.

stomach pain.

sensitivity to hot or cold temperatures.

I have this fear so bad, Im afraid of sleeping and not waking up. Every time I think about one day I will die, I want to cry. When people talk about death I feel sick to my stomach. This started when I was four years old. I had nightmares of this man breaking into my house and robbing my family... I remember like If I was in my dream running to my parents room to find a man killing my parents with a knife, I then ran and hid in this bathroom behind the sink hugging the sink. It was one of those only sinks no cabinet. I had my eyes closed and this man comes in and laughs. Poors gasline on me and take a lighter and I burn to death. I had this dream ever since I was 4 years old and it feels like a memory. I am so afraid of dying and not knowing what happens after death. No one knows 100% because we never been on the other end. The thought of you losing everything and leaving everyone. Leaving my son. I even worry about one day his death process. I just stress myself sick. Sometimes I don't feel like eating. I catch myself spacing out thinking about and my heart skips beats. I see a doctor on the 17th and I think this is all related to my anxiety. I am going to see if I can be put on medication because its getting to the point its effecting my health n family. I can relax, sleep or even smile. I break out in sweats. Is anyone going through this? Wish the 17th to come. I want to be free from this anxiety and phobia.
