Help. At hospital :(

I’m 5w1day today. Around 10 I started bleeding a pretty good flow. Hcg still over 4,000. Ultrasound showed sack and a baby but couldn’t hear heartbeat yet. Which they said is normal. Anyone else ever bleed and still have a normal pregnancy?! Help calm me down.
