6 month old starting solids and poo was like play-doh. Is that considered constipated?

He doesn’t usually poop every day but when he does it’s usually runny but we have started him for a week now with some purée foods and he just pooped solid. It had a consistency like play-doh not small pellets which is the only thing dr had mentioned to look for signs of constipation. He is breastfed. I will give him some prune purée tomorrow but wondering what should I expect now that he is starting different purée (last 2 days has been apple, before that sweet peas and before that squash). Usually has a bottle with breast milk or is breast fed before given any purée.
