Is this much bleeding normal?

Hi I’m 19 years old and I’ve had my period for about 9 years. Yes I got my period when I was 10. Yes I know that’s kinda young.

I’m a sophomore in college and I’m on my third day of my period. Normally the first day of my period is very heavy and decently painful. This week my first day of my period was extremely light and today the third day has been very very heavy. Normally on my heaviest days I wear a super tampon for about 6 hours. Today I completely bled through a super tampon in less than 3 hours. And I mean completely my panties were thoroughly saturated in blood. I have never bled so much in such a short amount of time ever but it’s not really painful or anything.

Should I be worried?

I’m not on any new medicines or birth control either.
