What goes down in a court house wedding?

So my fiance and I are planning on getting married at the court house, and then having a separate reception. Only problem is I keep putting off the actual planning. I have pretty severe Social Anxiety and going into a situation that I dont have a play by play before hand TERRIFIES me. Yes, I know it sounds strange, and yes, I understand theres nothing to be afraid about. If you struggle with SA, you'll get it.

SOOO if you had a court house wedding, how does it go down? What do you say? How long does it take? What did you wear?
