Please help I’m stuck in the mud

Here’s my story my mother had me when she was 18 she was first pregnant when she was 14 her and my father dropped out of school moved in together then he started hitting her and he cheated on her had a baby so my mom left him & started smoking and hanging out I never spent time with her in 2011 she got a new boyfriend moved out my grandmothers and had a baby my great grandmother took care of me for my whole life back in 2013 she was diagnosed with gallbladder cancer a month ago she passed at 83 .ive been forced to move in with my mother her boyfriend and my little sister in a one bedroom, I don’t have a good relationship with my mother she wants me there but I don’t want to be there I hate it there all I do is sit in the room and I’m not comfortable I’m a freshman in high school my dads mother wants custody of me but My dad let me go to a 17 year old boys house for a hour I did not have sex even though my mom thinks I did & my dad when he was 20 a girl told him she was 16 and she was 13 he went to jail for a day that was like 15 years ago like said I’m 14 in New York I need options someone to listen to me
