Idk what’s wrong??

My vagina is in quite a bit of pain. Has been for a week. I thought maybe yeast infection, but my discharge isn’t off at all. There’s no weird smell. It’s burning all the time, especially when I pee. Has a tendency to get really itchy. It’s red and swollen. There’s also like, it’s gotten a little dry, so skin has split and there are two little open wounds. It started after I had sex like a week ago, but he’s clean (been together for months and I took his virginity) Is it maybe because I had really hardcore sex and I’m just raw now?? It just hurts man... plz help me😩😩
