Endo of a different sort..

Hi I’m new on here and I have something called endosalpingiosis which is kinda like endometriosis but with the lining of the Fallopian tube instead of the uterus. I was told by my gyno that I was in a rare 2% that have this. Just my luck that it is that rare they can’t really tell my if that’s the reason for my issues ( excessively heavy bleeding, extremely bad cramping etc..) I also have cysts in my ovaries by my hormones came back ok so I technically don’t have pcos even though I have lots of cysts... just wondering if anyone else has had a similar diagnosis? Any tips on pain relief and any tips to help with extreme pms symptoms thanks heaps!!!
