My husband thinks I'm an angel.

As in, a literal angel.

Many years ago he told me about he used to have a recurring dream as a kid/ teen. He would be walking in a desert and he'd fall on his face, and his face would be covered in thorns. He said a lady would come and pick all the thorns off his face and gave him a kiss. Then he'd wake up.

He once thought that lady from his dream was a paramedic that attended to him when he was in a car accident, but then he said it realised it was me. I asked him is he sure his memory isn't just distorting her face that he thinks it was me but he said no, it definitely was me in his dream.

OK fine, stranger things have happened. I do believe in meanings in dreams so that's cool.

Then at work, a new guy started. A born again Christian. My husband was in a very self destructive path when I met him and has completely changed his life around. So his new colleague asked him if he thought I was sent from God to save him and he said yes.

Now the other night we had a fight and I wasn't in the mood to sleep with him so I slept on the couch. He came to sleep with me in the couch and in the morning said he felt that there was something in the room with him and he got scared. Then he told me he feels if I ever had to leave him, "they" would come for him.

I asked who "they" are and he said the evil spirits.

A bit on the odd side to me, but I do enjoy being put on such a high pedestal. 😁😁
