my 3month old is constantly putting her hands in her mouth, drooling and slobbering all over her clothes.

At the months their glands in their mouths are developing making them drool more. The whole hands thing is probably cause she just “found them” my sons almost 4 months and has been drooling and chewing his hands but no teeth

Sounds like teething! My son popped two teeth a week after he turned 2 months .. he kept chewing on his hands and would drool and then they came through and it’s happening again now

My 4 month old has been doing that for 2 months now and hasn’t cut any teeth yet. Her doctor said it is teething but they can do that for a while before you actually see teeth.
