Is it normal to see blood when you wipe your butt?

I wear pads for a few reasons, but mainly because I find them more comfy. When I wipe after going #2 on my period, there's blood. Does this happen to you too? Or is it possible I'm also bleeding out the butthole?

I know this question is gross but it's not a joke. I just saw a post about endometriosis outside the womb, which got me thinking 🤔

Edit: I don't think it's hemorrhoids, I feel like you guys didn't actually read this you just saw the title. It's PERIOD SPECIFIC and I have no extra pain.
