My nipples

I’m 14 weeks and my nipples literally throb with sharp pains. To the point they can’t be touched at all. And while working with a four year old boy that likes to cuddle and having a puppy that loves to jump and get right in your face for loves they are constantly getting hit. My whole boob is sore but just my nipples have this sharp pain . It’s so horrible so many times have i wanted to cry. This is my first pregnancy and from 4 weeks to now i went from a 38 F to a 38 H

Is there anything y’all women recommend for the pain ? I’m hopeless 😢

Also i know that it hurts after breast feeding for a while so it there anything that will help with that or do i just have to live through it all?
