Ovarian cysts (PCOS) and pregnancy

So I found out I was pregnant early August. I had my first ultrasound done at 7 weeks. The ultrasound lady said she could see both of my ovaries had quite a few cysts on them. (Diagnosed with PCOS at age 14) pregnancy was confirmed and baby has a heart beat and everything. What I’m worried about is the cysts. I can feel them and they hurt bad. Like I just sneezed and thought I was dying or when I move too fast I’ll get a sudden sharp pain and yell out. Is this something I should be concerned about like should I call my doctor? Or is this normal because I have pcos? Please help 😩😩
