31 weeks & 2 days with di/di boy girl twins , any body else experience diarrhea with pressure in pelvis groin area and back discomfort followed with light light lower stomach tightening or cramping for the past 3 days? I drink water . And I've been constipated then woke up gassy and had to hurry to bathroom . Idk what's going on 🙄
