Pool Clorox burn?

So i work at a pool. Normal quantities of chlorine is about 5.0 max yesterday was so hight that the machine spend the whole day giving errors and the pills to make the test were doing a weird reaction. Everyone that entered with silver jewelry it immediately got black. I spent about 3 hours in the water.

I honestly didn’t see myself in the mirror today or yesterday . Until after my shower 10 min ago.

Do you guys think this is a burn from chlorine?

My skin almost al over my body its like this. I swim since im 16 and now im 28 and i have never seen my skin like this.
