Extreme shoulder pain

I’ve had extreme shoulder pain since April 2016. Over 2 years of pain. When it first started I went to a couple doctors and no one found anything. Then I waited awhile and went back and one doctor said I needed surgery. And another said I needed physical therapy (this was the now 4th doctor to prescribe physical therapy and it just wasn’t helping) no one really fully believed me. So I gave up.

Now I’m crying cuz I’m in so much pain. And every damn doctor I’ll ever see will just look at my age and whatnot and thing “she just wants drugs” (btw I’ve never even been on a painkiller of any sort. Just Motrin or aleve, stuff like that)

I really just don’t know what to do anymore.
