Scheduled

My doctor scheduled my c section at 5pm and told me to be there at 3:00pm and to make my last meal at 6:00am. I asked her if she had an instruction paper and she said what instruction paper? I just told you be there at 3:00... I remember with my son I got a paper saying what I can and can’t do example don’t eat or drink but you can brush your teeth, wash your body with antibacterial soap. So my question to you ladies is is there anything I need to do before? Besides be there at 3:00? Do any of you have a picture of your instruction paper work?
