They hurt so bad😭

Does anyone suffer from hidradenitis suppurativa? I’m hurting so bad and honestly don’t know what to do. The photos make them look smaller than they are. Any advice? They probably won’t close anytime soon😭

**doctors never help, I’ve had them for years trust me. It’s just “there’s no cure” “make sure to shower regularly” “ change your diet” can’t get any cleaner or eat any healthier 🙄
