Soorrryy long story but any thoughts??

Okay so my bf and I are TTC for a while now and my in-laws suspect that we are trying lol well for my parents do not know anything. Anyways a couple of days ago my MIL asked me if I was pregnant because my eyes were shining I said I don't know which I really don't know haha. Well today my mom called me saying she had a dream i was pregnant. Now I don't want get my hopes up because I haven't had my period since March which lasted 3 day and was super light. I'm going to make an appointment with he dr because I finally got medical yayee!! So I'll finally know if I am or not. Anyways has someone ever dreamed of u being pregnant and u actually were??
