Pains !?

Hello everyone

Just wondering if anyone has experienced horrendous pains a week before their period is due, I needed a hot water bottle it was so intense, no blood or anything and I haven’t got a history of any gynaecological problems and never experienced it before ?

We have been trying for a baby since my mc in June and have been having sex every other day since the end of my last period

I haven’t had any sign of a period yet

Any ideas ? Thanks
