does weed do this?

My boyfriend use to be a heavy weed smoker. Before you guys say anything, he use to do ounces a day. He was with his ex for 2 1/2 years never got her pregnant and so I never used protection with him. Now we’re actually trying to have a kid and got his sperm tested (because his ex is having a kid with someone now so obviously wasn’t her) and we been doing it for well over a year. My boyfriend numbers were amazing well over normal expect the Morphology was 3.5 & has to be 4. Could this be due to the weed and how he drinks soda all the time? He stopped smoking almost a year ago and still no progress with me getting pregnant. We tried Preseed and i got my blood done ovaries and ultrasounds and everything is great same with my hormones. After 2 years, we’re going to go back to a doctor because it took my mom 1 year and 6 months to finally have a baby. All that scares me is, he didn’t get his ex pregnant even after 3 years. We’re gonna take Fertiprep and then Fertilaid and hope it does it’s wonders. Any advice? I’m losing my mind! I know people say stop trying, but in the beginning we weren’t trying and i still wasn’t pregnant. Advice! Thanks. And we have a very active sex life! TIA. ❤️
