Dreaming of sweet baby girl ♥️

Okay, so ive never had a wild dream like this before. I woke up very confused and in shock! I had a dream that i gave birth to a sweet and beautiful baby girl! Does anyone know what this might mean? I’m not on birth control, my period isn’t due for another week. I’ve been sexually active with my s/o for 5 years. Our 5 year anniversary is this Friday. I just want to know if this might be a sign? If it is, i believe we’re both totally ready for it!
