Kidney infection???

Ladies I’ve just got home from a weeks holiday in the Canary Islands but I’ve been in absolute agony for about 4 days with a raging ache near my kidneys which is followed by horrible belly pains all lower and nasty cramps. Constant need to wee.

I suffer with UTis and have done my whole life and this doesn’t feel like one ... it’s more painful and my back has never felt lik this I’m 18 weeks tomorrow.

Anyone had this? Symptoms etc.

Getting an emergency appointment with my GP first thing in the morning
