Is it possible?
I’ve been eating so good, following a healthy diet plan with a calorie deficit. I work out 4-5 times a week an hour each time. I last weighed myself exactly a month ago and I was 197. I hid my scale because I have a very toxic relationship with it lol. I’m officially weighing myself tomorrow morning do you think it’s possible to be in the 180s? That’d be 8 lbs in 4 weeks. 😓 I’m so nervous
