Hemmorrhoids at 25 weeks?

I'm 25 weeks pregnant today with my first baby and 2 days ago discovered a hemmorrhoid and it's very painful and uncomfortable. I'm so miserable. Its hurts to sit and it hurts to stand. Has anyone else experienced them this early? I wasn't expecting to get them til late in my pregnancy and I'm hoping to know that I'm not alone...and also wondering if this means I'm going to deal with this every day for the next 15+ weeks? Also what did you do to treat them??
