What did you do to help you go into labor?

I’m currently 38 weeks. My doctor wants to induce me on the 20th because of high blood pressure. I’ll be 39 weeks 1 day by then. However, I really want him to come on his own. Any advice?!

I’m in early labor and unfortunately its stalled, my fiancé thinks it’s because everyone is putting a lot of pressure on me to get into active labor (first grandchild on both sides) but sex and bouncing/rolling my hips on a ball helped get my contractions to 5 minutes apart yesterday. I’d have more sex but its quite the workout right now 😅

I believe bouncing on a ball and moving. The day before I went into labor I was moving into our new house and got In and out of a huge truck all day. I had sex that night and I think that put me over the edge.
