FEMA Help?

I found this on twitter yesterday... and it got me thinking about the other post where Trump took money from FEMA for ICE. So this is where that money could of potentially gone to. Thousands of people died in Puerto Rico and yet all these supplies were never given out. FEMA tries to blame local authorities and the fact that they received shit after their "helping time" was over. Sounds like a load of crap to me... these people obviously still need help and FEMA couldn't finish handing out supplies?? Opinions? Here's the twitter link and a couple of screenshots...

My brother has video from Irma  in the Florida  keys.  Where they have video crews  showing them handing out supplies  and what not.... but his video  shows them asking  other volunteers  to pass out their  stuff. And just leaving  it on the side of the road. And taking off. They are only for cameras.

I get Trump and FEMA could and should have done more for Puerto Rico. But let me tell you something. I’m Puerto Rican, I lived there all my life until I was 23. The government of Puerto Rico sucks like you don’t have idea. They are extremely corrupt and have steal millions of dollars that belongs to the people of PR and that is supposed to be use to the improvements of the country. For hurricane Maria the federal government and a lot of famous people from PR donated millions of dollars, the money is gone! There’s a bunch of donations that never made it to the public. Until this day there’s people without electricity, there’s destroyed roads, closed schools. The unemployment rates are to the roof. The education system is horrible, the health system to. This is a issue that with never be fix unless the government gets entirely wipe out.

It’s a he said she said situation to me at this moment to make a judgment. I don’t think we know all the facts of the situation but I do think multiple people dropped the ball and didn’t follow through with helping the people. I truly hope people in power and especially in FEMA learn from this cause it should have never even happened. 
And I still stand by the fact that our government and president should have done a SHIT LOAD MORE than they did. The response costs so many lives that should have never been lost!
