I need advice

About two month ago I met this pit bull at the shelter and fell In love , but I didn’t adopt her because I have two dogs one three year old (golden retriever) and one is a year old (American pit bull terrier) this poor puppy has been there since February she keeps getting returned because she is a pit who “mouthes” meaning she chews and bites hands to play and very high energy and she has a skin condition from allergies making her go bald just like my pitbull so they really are the exact same (my pitbull doesn’t mouth to bad) but she is literally perfect match to my pit they are like they are like Ying and Yang it’s like someone cloned my dog everything is the same down to health issues it’s crazy! I was talking with my husband saying we need to find a dog she can play with because she is so high energy and my golden retriever is not. But I’m very hesitant to adopt because three dogs is a lot of work I have done it before. But it’s hard and I’m worried somewhere along the way of having three dogs it will become hard to train them . So I need advice should I get her? I loved her and already named her and everything but I’m worried
