How do you wash your lady bits?
I tend to be extremely sensitive down there and my pH is very easily thrown off. I have dealt with recurring infections for a couple of years due to this. Even just having my period can throw me off and cause me to get an infection. I typically just wash really well with water since the vagina cleans itself naturally, but am curious to hear what’s most common.
