Too much weight gain?
Okay I’m 16 (17 on Saturday), 5”5, and 7 months pregnant. Before I got pregnant I weighed about 135. Now I weigh 170😬 (so I’ve gained like 5lbs a month I think). I feel like I’ve gained too much weight and I don’t know what to do. I want it to be easy to go back to the way I was before I got pregnant. So if y’all have any tips or advice on how to not gain so much weight or easy ways to lose weight after i have my baby, then throw it at me because I’m in need.
